Floating Lady In The Hallway

 

I glanced over at the bedroom doorway the other night and there was an older woman with bobbed white hair in a yellow floral nightgown, floating about six inches off the floor. She seemed to be made of more light than solid and she glowed a yellowish hue. She looked like she was coming into the bedroom to go to sleep. And then she was gone. Just like that - There one second, and then gone. I know that the woman who used to own this house died here, but I have never felt or seen her before. She did not give off an evil vibe or really any vibe at all. She was just there until she wasn't. 

The following morning, my husband and I were still in bed, when I heard a small motor turn on - like a fan or something. I couldn't tell what it was or where it was coming from. I sat up and realized that our air purifier was now running (it's fire season in CA and you really need an air filtration system.) It had not been turned on the night before. The thing about the air purifier is that you have to tap the large button on the front for it to turn on. I mean, you have to touch it. So I was confused how it could have come on by itself. Maybe our new lady friend was curious about it? Below is the air purifier. You can see the big button on the front that has to be tapped to turn it on.
